Rock climbing coaching
This rock climbing coaching course adapts to your current level and real goals. We analyse footwork, balance, resting positions, fear management, clipping, route strategy and safety habits to help you progress without building bad patterns.
We start by observing how you climb, belay and make decisions before proposing corrections. From there we work on specific skills: foot precision, use of legs, rhythm, route preview, visualisation, rests and breathing on demanding moves.
The course can focus on smoother climbing, better clipping, more confidence on lead, project strategy or solving technical blocks. It is useful for sport climbers who already climb and want clear feedback on real rock.
